Well, in a sense, anyway. Terry Respondek has painted quite a few of his locomotives in the Illinois Terminal color scheme, one of the railroads he worked for in his career. Here, 35 years after the merger of the IT with the Norfolk and Western, the bright green and yellow scheme lives on.
